Hosting media at Nathan Hale High School 2017 5-star signee Michael Porter Jr., who said he has not spoken with new Washington head men's basketball coach Mike Hopkins, has asked for his release and believes it will be granted. Porter Jr. said UW will still be considered despite asking for his release.
