Washington offered three-star Richmond (Tex.) George Ranch defensive end Peter Mpagi on Wednesday.
The 6’5, 220-pound lineman said UW co-defensive coordinator Pete Kwiatkowski made the offer. Mpagi told me this afternoon now that the Huskies have offered, they are tied for No. 1 on his list with Northwestern.
“Their football culture and the connections you can make in the business school,” Mpagi said of UW.
