2019 DL Jayden Jernigan

Hey Guys: Posted this update over the weekend, but this is an update on Allen DL Jayden Jernigan, who said that Washington was among the first teams to reach out to him when coaches were allowed to begin contacting him earlier this month. In his Week 1 game against Cedar Hill, he was solid but was double-teamed for much of the game. Still a guy I'm keeping an eye on as a potential four-star player.

Rivals250 Recruit Planning Late Washington OV

Spoke with 2018 four-star Salt Lake City (Utah) East two-way lineman Sam Taimani told me this week that he has not scheduled any official visits yet, but he is planning on taking an one of his five trips to Washington in January.

Taimani, a 6'2, 296-pound DL/OL is being recruited solely on defense for the Huskies and getting him on campus late in the process for an official visit would be huge. UW is seeking an impact player on the DL in this years class and Taimani fits that bill perfectly.

3-Star LB commit Nick Bolton

Hey Guys: I had just left for vacation when Nicholas Bolton committed to Washington, but here is a close look at him from early last season in his team's game against Denton-Ryan. He was at the Dallas event of the Rivals Three Stripe Camps presented by adidas, but was nursing some sort of injury and didn't really participate. From what I have seen, he's looking much more developed physically heading into this season, and I am excited to see him running around with pads on this fall.
